My name is Èmil Heppell and I am a former banking CEO and the founder of Ability | Aware.
I was declared legally blind in 2015 after a highly successful corporate career spanning 25 years.​
But I was not done yet.​
In a bid to find answers for my own personal challenges in an abled world, I have discovered the potential that businesses have in creating a symbiotic relationship between people with diverse abilities and the world they live in.
